Le Palace is located in the heart of the city set in the prestigious shopping and business district thus can be explored on foot. Taxis can be hailed in the street but are hard to find at peak times and booking in advance is recommended.
Taxis are easily available at the airport and cost approximately €20 to the hotel. The Bus line 78 connects the airport to central Thessaloniki «Bus Station name: Aristotelous Square”.
The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Buses are also a good way to explore the city from a great vantage point. Buses run every 15-30 minutes and single ticket costs 0.50€ and can be procured on board busses or from Kiosks and must be validated upon boarding.

The location is perfect and a very nice hotel - don't be put off by the small entrance / reception area. Also at a good price is we got, interiors have obviously been renovated lately and the staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and an excellent buffet breakfast is served on the mezzanine. .
