Hotel Nathalie - Ixia, Greece 

Good hotel on a side street in Ixia. Basic rooms (typical of Greece) but very clean. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. Bed and breakfast- breakfast a little basic toast fruit and cereal served until 9.30 am. pool bar very reasonable served by Pauline who will make slight adaptations to the menu if requested. Good base however main road in Ixia very busy and need to cross if going to the beach- pool is a decent size therefore beach is not essential. Rhodes itself is very pretty and friendly and we are already planning a return trip. The bar at the hotel was the highlight of the trip. Usually we don't spend our time at the bar on holiday we usually return to our room for a bottle of wine but George the bar man really made it! He was very friendly was talking to everyone at the bar which got people mixing. We met loads of lovely people at this bar. George was also keen to give you information on the island if you had any particular question. The only down side to this hotel is that many essentials require a supplement 15 euros a week for a fridge (not too bad) however the aircon was 6 euro's per day no weekly or fortnightly discount. we only paid for the aircon for the last night as the temp was bearable until then. As it is an hotel I was expecting this to be included on the price. I would return to the Nathalie and overall we had a great holiday.

just had 10 fun filled friendly days at nathalie hotel where staff couldn't do enough for you .the friendliness of the hotel even spreads to the guests we made many new friends.hotel is basic but very clean and excellant pool side snack bar with very nice pool which is very secluded. many nice places to eat and drink nearby about 5mins.one night we ask for karoake at hotel and they arranged it what a brilliant night that was. only down side is there is no lift and twin beds only no double beds
