This is a hotel in the middle of the city....where all the fun is. The man behind the counter was the best thing about the hotel......we had booked ourselves for one night and for two more nights a week after that. We were going island hopping. He was nice enough to keep our extra luggage in storage for no cost at all. The breakfast at the hotel was great and there was free internet too. The rooms are decent but the bathrooms could be better. The shower area is very small and you end up spilling all the water out. But the hotel is a great value for money.

For the price, this is probably a good buy in Athens. The rooms are clean and functional. Service at the front desk was good. Free internet was a bonus, after paying high rates to use the internet around other parts of Greece. The only downside is the location - it's one metro stop past the nicer part of the Plaka. Lots of graffiti in this area, dark alleyways and boarded up buildings. Very noisy the Saturday night we were there. Personally, I would spend a little more and stay at either the Hotel Cecil or the Attalos...their location is much nicer and more conveniently located by the shops of the Plaka.
