We took the metro from Athens airport (change at Syntagma square) and got to Omonia square, but walked round in circles for a while, and the area is pretty rough. Only 60 euros for a double room with breakfast, and our room was a good size. It even had a lilttle fridge and hairdryer, and was very clean. The bathroom was fine, with a strong shower, even if there is no shower curtain.. Read review

This hotel wasn't as bad as on the north of Omonia Sq, budget accommodation near all the historic monuments in Athens and the staff were friendly. The room was clean. . Read review
