Overall, you'll find a better value if you go to a higher rated property. Typically the costs are the same plus they are located closer to the city centre.
Room was somewhat small. Bathrooms were made from converted closets so it was clumsy for a tall person. Clock and TV were not functional (but got the TV working ourselves). On the plus side breakfast was great! On the negative side the proprietor appeared to be in a poor mood while we were there (it was quite an uncomfortable atmosphere).
