Booked there for the Britsh Superbike weekend. Chose this "place" as it said business/banqueting/food., so we thought it would be fine. Arrived after a long journey to be confronted with buckets collecting the water from the leaks in the ceiling and a receptionist who was more interested in playing cards on the computer than customer service. Asked if we could book breakfast and evening meals to be told, no chefs w/e off! Open chalet door, well, toilet was still full, shower hole growing 10 tonne of body hair and the flex on the kettle was so short we had to boil it on the floor! Oh well off to the bar, one light on of 25w no bar man only Mr Solitaire off of reception. Had to laugh 3 bikers were also booked in they had a banana shaped bed and they took it in turns to sleep least the mad axe man came through the insecure windows! The view was of the opposite derelict wing of bedrooms which all sported the same as our room, mildew green and brown net cutains and sticky tape! Not the place to get married in even though this is offered as "an ideal location for your special day". Avoid like the plague.

"Only if your desperate"
This is a very cheap place to stay, but that's all it has going for it. It's like a 70s motel that hasn't...
