What this hotel has going for it is location, location, location.
The Gran Via is one of Granada?s main commercial streets, with load of bus connections, easy walking distance to nearly all the sights but is also noisy and busy.
The rooms were clean. That is most important in a budget hotel!
I had no problem of outside noise, as some other reviewers had. My problem was noisy gusts having a party until 3am in this badly insulated building. Also light sleepers might be disturbed by the elevator.
The staff spoke good english (reception) but they seemed to be there to do their job only, and that doesn?t include smiling.
I paid 35 per night for a single room.

Last minute booking, only 48 hours before arriving. Needed somewhere Central but on a bus route. Arrived 1 hour early, room not ready, but it was 15 mins later. Room was an adequate double, with full en-suite & TV (remote missing, but didnt watch it anyway). Room was spotless and the bathroom sparkled, the linen was clean & crisp. Towels, standard hotel small ones! however there was a school party of over 20 staying. They went out, came in late and used the corridors as a communal gathering & smoking area until gone 03.00. Despite corridors covered by CCTV, staff did nothing to prevent them disturbing other guests. Staff were helpful to me giving directions, bus times & stops etc. Its certainly easy to find, airport bus stops 100m away inbound & 500m away outbound. Plenty of Tapas bars, restaurants and cafes all within 500m. Overall it was OK for what I needed.
