I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Cleveland Hotel. I have travelled to many places around the world but I cannot compare anywhere to the outstanding hospitality we received. The hotel was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with lovely finishing touches. I have just read some of the other reviews and cannot understand how the odd one or two who were not 100% satisfied..ridiculous!! The breakfasts were first class and the location ideal for anyone wanting to get around Torquay by foot. J & W have certainly sussed out how to create the perfect atmosphere for guests. I would certainly recommend the Cleveland to anyone and I am sure that now we have found this treasure we will be returning... Thank you J & W ...x

My Husband and I stayed at the Cleveland Hotel for two nights and were very pleased with the service we received. Our room and bathroom were clean and well furnished with a nice comfortable bed and all the personal touches you could want.. Breakfast was lovely with many different choices of cereals, yoghurts and fruits not to mention the fabulous `Full English' to follow which had everything and was cooked fresh for you. We couldn't have asked for more friendly hosts than Wayne & Jane, we wish them every success and hope to visit them again soon. Simon & Vicky Paton
