The only hi-lite of my stay was Ernest, the Concierge. The rest of the hotel staff could care less if you were there or not. NO help at all. This hotel is nowhere near the standards I have come to expect from a Sheraton property. However, room service was of good quality and quantity. It is NOT located on Jefferson Davis Parkway! Rooms (and especially the bathrooms) were small and aged, and I stayed on the "Club" floor. Should not be rated a Category 4 on SPG. I have stayed at Four Points that were better.

Good location but: First: the hotel entrance is not at Jefferson Davis Avenue as indicated. Foreigners, like me, will have problems to find it, even GPS guideds; Second: Internet cable conexion is not available in all rooms (even if you is prepared to pay a fee, as indicated in hotel web site).
