Stayed at this hotel as a family in April 2008; location was great, close to shops, theatre and restaurants. Very clean everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful and we were extremely impressed when one of the receptionists would not put through a phone call from my daughter's friend's father (direct to their room) because the surname he gave did not agree with the name in which the room was registered! The only negative comment we had was re. the food; convenient but not great, and certainly not the best for value.

Jury's Southampton is a great city centre hotel. Centrally located it is in easy reach of the shops, bars & restaurants and even the main docks.
There is an NCP car park beneath which you can get at a discounted rate if you get your ticket validated upon departure.
Staff were very friendly & helpful & my room was excellent with both a double & single bed and excellent facilities. Additionally, the hotel is spotlessly clean & is well sericed by 3 lifts to the higher floors.
Great little bar area as well with lots of plasma screens & even a little courtyard.
Would definitely reccommend this hotel.
