I booked this B&B based on the tripadvisor reviews. I booked a room with two king beds. We arrived and had a double bed and cot. The address on the website, and the phot we were sent was NOT the address of the room. Angela was intoxicated and rude. There were about two hundred steep stone steps to a room with no chairs, improper kitchen facilities and NO city view. We left when she did not return with any linen for the cot. We reported the experience to the ROme tourist bureau and police.
