The Langbury - Minehead, United Kingdom 

Just returned from a long weekend at The Langbury and it was wonderful. The hotel is just lovely and Nigel and Paula make you extremely welcome and very comfortable. The rooms are extremely clean, light and airy and have everything you could need. Blue Anchor is a lovely spot, ideally situated for just relaxing as well as site seeing, the hotel is in a great position, our room looked out onto the garden, the surrounding fields as well as the beach/sea. The station for the steam train is minutes away, we were slightly worried about possible noise but didn't even hear it. Took the coastal walk to Minehead which took a couple of hours, the beach walk on the way back was slightly less, both good to do. Will deninitely go back to The Langbury as so much more to see and do in the area. Also looking forward to the smoked salmon and scrambled egg breakfast!

What an enjoyable stay. Nigel & Paula made us so welcome. It was almost like we were guests in their own home. The room was extremely clean and well furnished. Breakfast was lovely ,well cooked full english and the highlight was Nigel's weather forecast every morning. We would thoroughly recommended this hotel
