We landed at Heathrow after a direct flight from
Australia and received a very warm welcome. My only real complaint was the climb up to my room, but once there, the view from the window was certainly worth the effort.
We were booked into a dinner, bed and breakfast package and so ate in the restaurant on both nights of our stay. Sadly, on the first night we were really too tired to enjoy the wonderful meal that was served to us. Breakfast on both mornings was really great too.
In all, a really great stay. I had little trouble with the WiFi.
