The guest house provides freshly prepared meals, using local produce as available. The Dorchester is licensed and offers the option of a 2-course meal by arrangement.

Ilfracombe is a beautiful coastal town on the North Devon shores. The coastline is both ruggedly stunning and breathtaking in its beauty. Ilfracombe itself has several small attractive beaches, yet is only a 5 minute drive away from the sandy expanses of Woolacombe, Croyde and Sauton - a haven for surfers, body boarders, kite surfers and the bucket and spade brigade.

The guest house is a 10 minute drive from the beautiful scenic Exmoor National Park. Ilfracombe offers a wide variety of activities, including sea fishing, golfing, walking (Tarka Trial and Costal Path), quad biking and horse riding.

Ilfracombe has a host of bars, bistros restaurants and pubs offering a variety of nightlife to suit all tastes. There is also the Landmark Theatre offering a choice of plays, bands and films over the course of the year.
