10.0
The hotel is ideally located right by the train station, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and if you want a decent pint of good ale I'd recommend the Grapes pub which is a few minutes walk away.

Positives: Quiet room (ask for one away from the road). Great air conditioning. Friendly service at Reception. Very handy for town centre, train station and Said Business School.
Negatives: Car-parking is in a shop's car-park 1/4 mile away - although I had no problems, I'm it's not at all secure. Breakfast not always top quality, but was reasonable selection and price. No restaurant for lunch or dinner - but there are plenty nearby.
Sumary: I would use this hotel again, especially if using the Said Business School - just beware the limitations.
