Having stayed at this hotel now 3 times, on each occasion we have found the food excellent, the standard of cleanliness equally so, and the staff very accommodating. On the first occasion my husband fell ill and I was driven by a member of staff to a nearby town to change our flight ticket. One of the beauties of the hotel is that it is not too close to the tourist track and only genuine Tuscany lovers stay there. We cannot fault the hotel or staff at all. We seldom revisit a location, but are staying there again next month.
