Reception staff really nice and friendly always on hand to offer local advice. Room was nice - spotless clean, comfy beds - lovely feather pillows (unlike what previous reviewer said, maybe they acted upon this comment! A busy hotel which gave a nice atmosphere - plenty of parking. Tram stop (Exchange Quay) a 2 mins walk away - We caught the tram back at 12:45am.. Read review

Access to city centre was excellent, 4 hours later we returned to check in the hotel was extremely busy didn't have twin room and the staff were very helpful. The shower was good and restaurant was very nice.
The location was ideal for the trip that we had arranged and the hotel was perfect for us as we went to Old Trafford for soccer aid. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was good.
The position was excellent - near some worthwhile shopping and the hotel room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and bed v comfy The bathroom did look dated. The food was good.
Tram links to other areas of the city, nice and clean hotel, friendly and courteous staff. Good sized room and bar manager very accomodating. Breakfast was great too.
