Great location + ease of parking + the parking was really cheap, clean and all services in the hotel were carried out in an efficient manner, i was delighted to be met be met by very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and appreciated the voucher for half price drint at the bar thought this was a really nice gesture. The breakfast was good.

Good proximity to Manchester Piccadilly and great location. Nice clean hotel and a fairly modern building. Smart exterior and friendly staff.

An online map showing the short cut to Piccadilly station would be useful and room located right next to lift - very noisy no need for alarm clock. Also on entry just past reception we could smell kitchen food, there seemed to be a lack of provisions for guests arriving after the restaurant closed.

Walking distance from railway station, nearby secure parking and excellent location for easy access to Manchester University. This hotel is fine, staff are willing and the room is quite small. The best cooked breakfast I have ever eaten.
