I stayed here recently for 1 night. Location - Hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. Check in - Had to wait several minutes whilst other guests checked in Room - Room clean tidy and spacious Bathroom - Clean tidy - Could be any bathroom anywhere really, Nice warm shower Check out - Quick and easy Staff - Only spoke to about 3 members of staff - Nice Friendly Overall - Nice hotel - There is / was nothing special about this hotel that would make me want to stay here again

We stayed here for a weekend with friends. Welcome was slightly disappointing as the night shift desk man was obvioulsy not too happy that night. We reserved single rooms which were quite small, but as we were only there for the weekend, we planned to spend no time there so they were fine. Bathroom was a little cramped, and the shower particularly so. Otherwise fine.

Dreadful on every level unless you are a student!

So dreadful I checked out the next day without staying the extra night. Unknown to me a single bed room was booked which turned out to be an embarrasing situation with the manager to give me a double room. Anyway - the size of the room was so small it was hard to work and god help any over weight people trying to shower or go to the loo! Awful place and the bar felt like the student union.
