Our room was very loud as we were next to the cleaners' cupboard, and alot of the rooms weren't ready when we first tried to check in; but apart from that we can't fault the place - hotel and staff are very nice, and location is great.. Read review

Well located for Old Trafford, the hotel was in a lovely location.

Reception staff left me standing for unattended for some time I made the intro, the buffet breakfast was a nightmare - again the dining room was busy.

The location was ideal for our purpose ie, i went to Soccer Aid at Old Trafford and the staff were very freindly. Very pleased that we were allocated a room on the 1st flr overlooking the Quay.
