I really do NOT recommend to anyone to make a reservation in this hotel. If they make a mistake in their booking system they do NOT offer you any help, instead they are rather rude and blame you as a customer for their mistake. Their customer service levels is really below all standards. There are many others nice places in Vienna, so if you do not want to spoil your trip and risk sleeping in the streets instead.....DON'T GO THERE.
