Beresfords, our restaurant, recognises the flair, skill and dedication of our kitchen brigade. This follows on from when our Head Chef and his team won a national competition at the Hospitality Week exhibition at the NEC in February this year. In the elegant surroundings of the restaurant we are delighted to offer our diners the highest standards of fine food and service with a tempting array of delicious modern English and traditional dishes complemented by our excellent and comprehensive wine list.Wherever possible our dishes are prepared using fresh locally produced food and our menus are designed to mirror the seasons. In the summer months you can enjoy dinning on our terrace to the front of the hotel for a superb al-fresco experience.
