A very good location for getting to all the popular areas of London, convenient to Victoria and the cleaning staff were friendly and quick. We had a basement room was actually 2 rooms was great because there was 5 in the room - 3 adults. . Read review

Rooms were a good size for the area - close to Buckingham Palace, the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very warm and helpful. Different bedding were taken care of within a few hours, breakfast was included - was a very nice serve yourself buffet.

Great location on in a gorgeous area of London and good hotel. Very nice staffs and lovely furnished rooms. New towels every day, many restaurants.

Great location near Victoria coach and the facility of being able to leave bags before departing the hotel at the end of the day. The rooms are very clean.

Location was excellent and i found the hotel very good. The staff were all really friendly, bath were thoroughly cleaned every day.
