The location was really good, the hotel staff was nice and friendly, the building was beautiful. In addition the reception was polite and helpful, rooms were clean, i did not have time in the morning to have breakfast.

The location is good, oxford Street - very near tube station so very accessible and i have to say that the hotel is very old. In addition reliable we could save a lot of money and there is no lift so you need to be fit to get up the four flight's of stairs to the room.

Smelt of drains: the reception fixed this problem and the breakfast could be better.
