The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and charming and comfortable - especially the bed, which isn't always the case in hotels. The location is fairly convenient, and considering it's just a short walk off a busy street (Earl's Court), it was extremely quiet! The neighborhood was also quiet, and you really felt a part of the area, since the hotel is in a residential street. We didn't expect that kind of water pressure in a hotel shower. The manager (Mandy) is super friendly and helpful, and greets her guests by name.. Read review

Kensington high street other way and quiet location. Good value for money and especially for the low price we paid. More friendly service and the Manager was especially nice.

The shower was extremely small, the breakfast selection was old fashioned.

Location is perfect, the hotel is very handy to Earls Court tube station and the staff at London Lodge is very friendly and helpful. Tidy room aside from a few scuff marks on the walls and restaurants are excellent.
