London´s prices for hotel are very high, this hotel is in a good price-quality relationship for being in London. The room was clean and confortable, maybe the bathroom was too small, but I can live with that. Breakfast was just OK, but you had the chance to upgrade it paying extra. The rooms for having brakfast are too small for the size of the hotel at its full capacity so you may have to wait a little bit for your table to be ready and interfere with the waiters on their way sinc there is no room enoungh for two people to cross. In any case, good treatment and friendly service. Its location close to the Victoria Station is great.

Surprisingly new and spacious room. Best value for the price I could find and we were not disappointed. Great area.

Stayed first night in a room in the bottom of the building.Smelled gazoline and old damp, terrible. Felt sick in the morning. My clothes smelled awful. Got a new room after complaint. Thiss bottom room should not be rented out-health risk. My impression was that the management knew about this problem but rented it out anaywhay. Very dissapointed

When you travel to London you don't expect high standard. This hotel did have a lower standard than we expected. Loose wallpapers, noisy floor, uncomfortable beds where we could feel every spring, we found socks from an earlier guest. Comparing to Swedish hotelstandard this hotel get 2 points out of 10. In the neigbourhood there was a lot of nice pubs and restaurants. Go to them instead to the ones in town centre. Better price, better service and more tasty food.

The website portrays the hotel to be very classy, well equipped and homely. We were quite dissappointed when we arrived to find the place to be quite shabby, No worries , I thought, we have an ensuite room. When I actually saw the ensuite (bathroom?!) it was not much better! It was nothing more than a temporary plastic cubicle that had been fitted into the corner of the room, with a shower with no enclosure and a toilet and small basin. You couldn't swing a cat! The only toiletries provided was a small bar of soap (you could purchase the shower gel and shampo etc for 80p at reception) They looked exactly the same as should have been placed in the rooms. Towels tiny. Room clean but the sheets were wearing through in places. Walls so thin you can hear everything. Really disapointing after seeing the pictures they have on the website, obviously taken at some other hotel. Breakfast????? if that is meant to be fit for Royals!!!!!
