The rooms are not so quiet, but it has an excellent location and spacious rooms.

It was our first time in London and this Hotel was the right choice: very clean, comfortable and quite rooms; The staff was always kind and helpful. We definitively recommand the place and we will surely come back here. It is two minutes walk to Hyde park, five minutes to Natural History and Sciences Museums and only ten minutes to Gloucester or South Kensington Tube Stations. It was a great choice.

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, wir bekamen ungefragt ein Upgrade. Großes gemütliches Zimmer. Bad absolut sauber. Superruhige Nacht verbracht. Frühstück, Restaurant oder Zimmerservice haben wir nicht genutzt. Alles andere: absolut empfehlenswert. Für die Lage unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Restaurant was on the poor side. Evening meals were below par and the waiters were very poor in their approach to service and customer needs. The restaurant needs improvement in both standars of service and quality of food offered and served.
