Tutto sommato una bella esperienza. Il personale è gentile, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare camere pulite e spaziose. Bagno piuttosto piccolo, ma ben servito.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - with one exception: They forgot my morning wake up call. The location near Victoria Station was terrific. I would definetely stay here again.

Famille avec 2 enfants - Très bon rapport qualité prix - bon petit déjeuner, mais un peu de queue le matin car la pièce est trop petite pour accueillir tout le monde.Bien situé prés de "Victoria station" avec les enfants. Adorable parc juste en face de l'hôtel qui vaut le détour.A eu le 2eme prix du plus beau jardin privé de Londres !!!! Bon séjour

We are not satisfied at the 1st night as our room is below the ground level, which in our country is regarded as a basement but with windows. Fortunately, we were offered a room change starting from the 2nd night to a double room bigger than the first night one. We took it as a cultural difference. Hence, any travellers who do not like rooms under ground level, please pay attention. Except for the above, our experience is pretty good. People are nice. Room is clean and quite. One of the waitress serving breakfast is beautiful. hehe...

Staff very friendly, rooms clean, although refurbishment ongoing no aggravating disturbances, WiFi in reception room available as well as daily newspapers, good full english breakfast, prompt and eager breakfast service
