Where shall I start the good parts the Location is within walking distance of many great places but far enough away that you can get away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms although small where clean and comfortable. Now as for the rest STAY AWAY FROM THE FOOD!!! My friend and I ordered a burger and a steak respectively and the steak was gray and I think it may have been microwaved even the complimentary breakfast is nasty the bread is stale and I think the yogurt was expired. Things other than the food that were bad: If you want extra towels ask a week in advance cause they won't come, Even though they say that they have wireless cards they didn't and they said they had sewing kits and they didn't so don't ask for anything really. To end on a positive note the neighborhood is gorgeous with many restaurants close by I suggest the Vietnamese one about a block away.....
Negatives: very cold welcoming; small room; window didn't close well so we had smell of food from the kitchen in the room (yak!); discharge of the basin didn't work properly (double yak!). Breakfast was not included.
Positives: close to Pimlico (nearest tube); good location in Victoria, 10 mins walk to Victoria coach, train, buses and tube station (also 1 Night bus-stop near the hotel). Lot of restaurants, cafè and shops (also a Sainsbury's store)in surroundig area.
There is a very convenient bus stop to go to Trafalgar Square and the British Museum. The bathroom is EXTREMELY small. If you wear extra large do not book this hotel. But, it is the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed at in London.
