The location is excellent and surprising to wake up in London to the sounds of birds chirping. In addition the service is good yes and surely the rooms at floor above basement are better positioned. Enjoy our early morning cup of tea.

Near of the metro and nice hotel. Good price and friendly staff. Beautiful room, private terrace and excellent light breakfast seating was limited.

The location is perfect and the hotel is located close to Earls court station. The staff is friendly and a little difficult to get the heating right. The breakfast is good.

Beautiful and very convenient location, nice welcome, very reasonable price for london. Moreover clean and friendly staff, excellent directions/concierge assistance. Internet works fine, good facilities too - DVD player and we paid the extra £9 for a full english breakfast.
