First of all, let me say that this hotel was decent considering the price that was paid. It was clean, the hotel staff was kind and very helpful. First of all, continental and full English breakfast ARE available though it is not included in the rate have to be paid for separately. There is a pub next door to the hotel (actually, it's connected) was quite good. Great food, awesome price. Great for families. Secondly, the toilets worked fine. It's just that it won't flush as fast as many of the toilets here in the States do. Also, it may take a bit of time (3-5 minutes) between flushes to let the tank fill back up with water. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in the motel style which means that you walk outside from your room to the lobby and are able to park a car in a covered car port right by your front door. Free Wi-Fi is available for your laptop or iPhone but only in the lobby area. The signal wont reach the rooms. Osterley Station and Hounslow West tube stations on the Picadilly Line are literally just 2-3 minute bus rides on the H91 bus. Osterely Station is actually a 1-2 mile straight shot down Great West Road from the hotel which the bus takes care of quite easily. Noise is not a problem as the rooms are a ways back from the room. Though you are close enough to Heathrow that at certain times, you may have aircraft flying overhead on their approach path to land. I just spent a week with 3 other friends and had no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.

For the price, you can't beat this hotel. The staff was decent, but to say they were nice would be going too far. I felt like a customer the whole time and never like a guest, if that makes sense. The worst part of our stay was the location relative to the tube station. The description indicates a 15 minute walk from the tube station to the hotel. We decided to take the H91 bus and were glad we did. The hotel was a solid 1.5 miles from the station.

No hairdryer, beds hard as rock, and not very nice at all. It advertises being close to the airport and the taxi to the airport was $85.00 U.S. dollars to 2 differednt terminals.

You would stay at this hotel overnight prior to a Heathrow flight, and probably for no other reason. The rooms were a good size and beds reasonably comfy - everything is a bit run down looking, but the price is good for London. The hotel has a decent restaurant & a pub, but there isn't anything else in the neighborhood. There is no shuttle service to the airport, but the hotel offers a cab service for L12.50. Sound of planes flying overhead can be very loud, depending on what runways are being used. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful.
