Orange juice for breakfast were quite good as was the location, all in all my stay in London was the best experience of my life and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

The location was good for getting to Kensington Gardens and that 50% of the hotel was without hot water. Furthermore the staff was polite and the room was clean and spacious.
