Best Western Burns Hotel - London, United Kingdom 

Comfortable Friendly ans Superb Location

We stayed at the hotel last weekend and found it to be very comfortable. The rooms were small but clean and had all the facilities you expect from a 3 star hotel. The Reception staffs were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was busy but the young team coped well and we got served quickly. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk to the tube and the sightseeing bus picked us up from the hotel for our tour. I will certainly stay at the Burns again.

Room assigned was in the basement of the hotel. Had no fans or way to get fresh air circulating. Other than that it was clean and was made up promptly during the mornings. The "lift" was tiny accomodating maybe three THIN persons with no luggage. I doubt I'd stay there again.

The hotel was really good, in a nice, quiet position, just 2 minutes'walk from the underground, in a well served area. All the facilities mentioned were provided (tea, coffee, chocolate in the room, hair drier...). Also room service was fast and good. Definitely a very good hotel I would recommend.

Location very convenient for people arriving from Victoria Station and visiting London by using the underground. Holidays with the family.

I was a bit wary knowing London hotels but I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend it to anyone! I would certainly go again there each time I travel to London!
