"Very Friendly Service, Great Location"

Stayed for a long weekend in a Deluxe King Room and was very pleased. Very friendly service ? nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection and it?s one of the few hotels that would make me an Egg white only omelette with no fuss what so ever. The rooms are not massive but more than adequate and the shower was strong enough to pin you to the wall (if you wanted it to) We got early check in, very late check out, deluxe room and breakfast all for ?150 a night and at the quality we got it was a bargain I would definitely stay at the Mountbatten again.

This is a great place to stay in a central location, Seven Dials. It is walking distance to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, the British Museum, Picadilly and Victoria Embankment to name just a few! For the first time in London I didn't take public transport anywhere! Soho with great restaurants and Oxford Street or Long Acre with great shopping are right there! Seven Dials neighbourhood is charming and intimate, and in the heart of the Theater District. The hotel is lovely. We upgraded to a suite with 2 small rooms. We were charmed with the view of London from our windows, including one of the Cambridge Theater accross the square. The staff were friendly and attentive, every request was dealt with quickly and cheerfully. We did not use the restaurant because there were so many in the area, but the nght I had room service it was very good. The only negative was the tired décor. Our carpet was badly a and the furnishings wes shabb, but the bedding was lovely and the king bed comfortable. Also the bathroom was very nice. w

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. So friendly and efficient! The location is great. You have many restaurants, shops, and theaters within walking distance. The downside was the size of the rooms...tiny.

I used to be in the travel industry & have stayed all over, but rarely have I felt like I found the perfect hotel & this is it! I was visiting to see a few shows & all theaters are within walking distance, as was Covent Garden & the Covent Garden tube. The neighborhood is absolutely charming, as you imagine London to be, very encouraging to walk & wander. The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. I was always met with a sincere smile & were quick to ask if they could be of any help. I felt at home! Americans may find the rooms a little small, but not by European standards. I will never stay anywhere else, when visiting London.

After several trips to London, I've finally found my favorite hotel! This hotel is located on the cutest cobblestone street amongst several small shops and bistros. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions.
