J'aime beaucoup me mettre sous la couette moelleuse toute blanche toute propre... Dommage qu'on n'ait pas de cadenas pour enfermer son sac dans l'armoire. Prendre son petit déjeuner dans la salle avec tout le monde s'est bien agréable, il règne une atmosphère de fête... C'est un bon endroit pour rencontrer du monde... J'ai envie d'y revenir...

i've been really impressed by Generator, it has a great location and the building itself is young and fun. Rooms are comfortable and clean (with parquet on floor, and not the awful dirty moquette found in other hostels!!)

Generator London is a total dive and is only slightly redeemed by the nicer common areas. The hallways reeked of sewage and the room was so spartanly furnished that it was impossible to be in when I was awake. In any other city this place would cost 10 Euro a night, but in London its 80 Euro. You should pay double for a nicer place if you can at all afford it because it will be worth it.
