Really central location, very close to Kings Cross Station and also the full English breakfast is something many hotels in this price range don't offer. The staff are really nice, even the rooms are small they are very clean and this is the best choice I've found in London. . Read review

Perfect location and hotel was clean. Staff were pleasant, the greeting by the owner was excellent and that the family room was on the first floor so we didn't have to lug our kids up flights of stairs. Breakfast were good. . Read review

The location was near euston was handy for getting luggage to and this hotel was absolutely perfect: centrally located. The staff were friendly and was excellent the fact they allow us to keep there the luggage after the check-out. Room was clean and unfortunately did not get to sample breakfast as I overslept.

The location is just perfect and good for work on a tight budget.

Would be nice to have shower and so queues for breakfast are likely.

Conveniently located, good stuff and private houses. Great price and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room, probably sheets as well. Towels wered changed every day, decent breakfast and reasonable choice.

Good Location, located in a quiet street and nice easy walk from Kings Cross.

The walls of the rooms are a bit thin and no toiletries Breakfast didn't start til 0700.
