Stayed here for three nights, don't understand all the terrible reviews the hotel was very nice. We booked an excecutive room and it was comfortable and very clean did a finger test for dust!!!!!!!! sheets were nice and crisp. Bathroom very nice and very clean shower powerful and hot not like people said in other reviews. Only two negatives, if you decide to have a cup of tea or coffee downstairs beware very expensive! and if your thinking of an upgrade on your room think again. We had an excecutive room and the people we were with paid ?100 more for their room and it wasn't as nice it was tired and floral! Good location would stay here again. Excellent break and by the way go and see We Will Rock You absolutely brilliant.

Great location if spending time in the Docklands area and near a tube station. The bed was very uncomfortable compared to standard US hotel beds. The wireless internet was unusable which is the main reason why I would not stay there again.

Nice clean rooms and good service.. We went on coach holiday so the food was not in main restaurant so food was cold most days not much choice. The pool and Jacuzzi was cold not heated at all. We had good time though , we went for new year entrainment was really bad we were bored and so was other people.

Das Hotel entspricht einem 100,- bis 130,- € /DZ/Nacht Hotel in einer mittleren bis großen Stadt in Deutschland. Es wird wie in London üblich etwas lieblos instandgehalten und auch hier: zahle viel – bekomme wenig. Die Zimmer sind für Londoner Verhältnisse recht groß und sauber. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von der U-Bahnstation (ca. 3 Min.zu Fuß) in ca. 10 – 15 Min. zu ereichen. Frühstücken kann man in der Stadt um Welten besser.
