Its location on the quiet side of Victoria Station, the hotel in general is nice and the staff is extremely helpful. The dining room is wonderful, breakfast is huge and excellent.

Excellent location - few blocks from Victoria Station, trafalgar Square and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were sparkling and the breakfast was good.
