Le personnel est très agréable. Bon service. La chambre est correcte, pas de climatisation. Bonne disposition géographique de l'hôtel dans Londres. Le petit déjeuner anglais est parfait.

The location was perfect and this hotel was nice for a budget traveller. The staff were friendly and inner facing room was quiet. Breakfast was very good.

The location is wonderful, reception staff are very friendly and the tv remote didn't have any batteries in I checked in.

Within walking distance to the Embankment and great location. Free of charge, good staff and the concierge desk were friendly. The rooms were fine and breakfast was very nice.
