The location for the Excel being less than a five minute walk is great and the hotel is close to the DLR. The lighting in the room makes you feel very relaxed, breakfast is very good value.

Ideal for an overnight stop, excellent value and the staff were extrememly helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice, the facilities were very good as was the food and checkout was fast and friendly.

Location - close to shopping and i would return in the event of a future visit to o2 or a trip up to a show in london itself. The reception staff are smiley and helpful, the rooms are cleaned to a excellent standard, childs free breakfast is a good idea as children often do not eat much.

Great location for o2 and good value. Very pleasant staff and check-in was friendly enough. The room was excellent and the breakfast was the best I'd had in a long time.

Easy on site parking good value, modern hotel and very nice lobby. All staff very friendly, clean room and the cafe/bar offers an excellent bar. Large towels and great Breakfast. The facilities better than expected.
