The location is very good and perfect place to stay you are going to a concert at the albert hall. The breakfast hotties seemed to do a nice job of cleaning.

The room had a nice view, the bedding was of a poor quality and the staff were polite freindly. The hot water often did not come through at all, breakfast was good - choice of cereal.

Good location, the hotel was close to Paddington Station and the reception staff were friendly. Moreover rooms were small, breakfast was fine.

Communal areas, simply not acceptable as an hotel and bright clean simple decoration. Staff fairly helpful, room dirty and less-than savory mattress. Excellant cooked breakfast and cheerful waitresses.

NOISY street, having to go up all the stairs as we were on the top floor was not nice.
