I stayed here last March and facilitites were okay considering what I had to pay. The breakfast was adequate, rooms were cleaned daily. If it hadn't been for the horrible beds this hotel would be a perfect find but unfortunately beds were incredibly hard. You get what you pay for, I guess.
Really good price/quality ratio, if you're not deeply annoyed by the underground noise it's a good place to spend one or two nights. Day light can be very weak depending of the location of the room. Do prefer a room located above the ground. Breakfast is really tasty and complete. The "lugage room" quoted on the Venere description does not actually exist.
one of the receptionists was not very helpful. The hotel is extremely well positioned, price is very reasonaable for the room and service. The breakfats staff performed miracles. The stairs to reach the room were very steep and may be a problem for persons with heavy luggage.
I am very disappointed in the twin room I have booked.
Dirty, smelled of pee and noisy and when I ask for a different room I have been asked to pay almost double for a better room or sleep in the one given.
Never come back to this hotel, booked it because of the location.
Very nice stay close to Paddington Station, huge bedroom and good breakfast. For London, which' B&B's are generally on the overprised and relatively low quality side, this was good value for money.
