The location was great and hotel was nice. My relatives homes so I was able to fit a stopover at Gatwick, for the price paid this was on par and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and also the meals in the restaurant were excellent.

Lamp shades were dirty and frayed old robe provided. Concierge was poor and gym - we did not have time to use.

Good Location and the Hotel was very convenient both to East Croydon station. Also staff were friendly, room service was very prompt as well and great being able to use swimming pool facitlities in the morning without having to rush for check out time was 12pm.
