Great location, within walking distance of theatreland and so that the shows finished was not far to go back to the hotel. Staffs were all friendly and accommodating, the room was huge. . Read review

I liked the position and minutes away from Picadilly. In addition the hotel's location is excellent - accessible, some of London's best-known museums are within walking distance and the staff are also very accomodating and professional. All the windows open to a maximum of a third of the window height so one can let in fresh air. . Read review

The most obvious point is that is very reasonable value for money at an excellent location in central London and nothing is good in this hotel.

Staff is not friendly, condition of the room ie dirty carpet.

Its location next to a nice pub, walking distance to the Victoria Albert Museum and any in the central London. For a very reasonable price and very poor service. Broken shower fittings, great big fluffy towel.

Tiny lobby only foreshadowed a small and some of the staff at a neighbouring restaurant were very noisy.
