The hotel was in the middle of the financial district, which is perfect for business travelers. The only gripe is that almost all restaurants closed at 5pm.

Metro lines were very unpredictable. Two major lines were closed on the week end we stayed here.

very satisfied, only thing is that the surroundings in the city is very dead on weekends and holidays - that means everything is closed, no coffee in the morning in the closer surroundings,etc. So it is a better choice for the week, than it is great. We would choose the hotel again anyway because it has got a good relationship between price and quality.

High quality room, with possibility to do cooking in the room. we didn't try the breakfast service (to expensive) but if you don't want to do it yourself, you will find around where to have cheap breakfast or lunch (near London bridge for example). hotel is in the city, so a lot is closed even on saturdays (and don't speak of sundays and bank holidays ...) but you'll find at liverpool street station all you need (10mn walk).
