Was with my wife at this Hotel early May. Very convenient location and anmenties fairly good (interesting biscuits and coffee). Morning call was timely. However was having problem with the access card quite frequently. Also no minibar.. The recept was courteous and the conceirge especially helpful with our selection of tour package. Definitely a plus. Generally we still expect more value for the price it is charging.

We were somewhat disappointed in this hotel and probably wouldn't stay here again. The location wasn't particularly convenient to shopping or dining. The hotel was fairly close to the Tube. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. The hotel was clean but very old.

Safe and convenient location, since it is close to Victoria station/tube. Within walking distance to Big Ben, Trafalgar area, and Buckingham Palace (all about within 2 miles). The room is roomier than expected, but the exterior is rather dismal. I would recommend taking the public transportation (tube and train) and going to see Windsor Castle and the free museums. Highly recommend buying the "London Pass" since that covers a lot of touristy attractions and all day tube passes. Put on some seriously comfortable shoes, and do dress well since they are not your typical too casually dressed Americans.
