The location was great, theatres was absolutely superb and the quality of the room was very good. The reception staff were fantastic and the TV in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The pillows were rather nice, also dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the waiters were friendly.
All I found they were capable of was calling cab and drinks in the bar were expensive.
Location excellent breakfast excellent and better than a taxi ride you are into local color. Westminster Abbey are convenient and most attractions are within walking distance. The staff is friendly, the room we felt is was quite small was peaceful.
High quality food and the old classical building. Moreover the location was superb and epsecially the porter outside was helpfull in getting the taxis. The lobby bar was attentive as well, subsequent members of staff went to great lengths to accomodate us and the products in the bathroom were super.
