There were 4 of us staying in two twin rooms. On arrival we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the Reception area. We were assigned neighbouring rooms (as we had asked)in the other building. Our rooms were clean and surprisingly big. My friend and I were given the better room. Much cheaper near Paddington, friendly staff and the first room standard was very bad. The breakfast was good and pool was also nice.

Well located for City area, good value and a cheap rate for central london. Smart decoration all round and nice staff. Room was spacious and breakfast was great.

The pool area is lovely, thistle City Barbrican is a great value for money Hotel and the staff could not speak english well enough to deal. Shower didn't work again.

Excellent location for Islington and nice place. Low price, good staff and the room service we had was prompt. Breakfast was fine and the pool was lovely.

In a good location 15 minutes walk from main streets of Isligton, the hotel is conveniently located in the City and friendly staff at the front desk. The shower didn't work properly.
