not very tidy, shower didn't work correctly, bed was bad

Overall impression was positive. Nice hotel in good location just minutes walk from the nearest underground station. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. The main problem I had with the hotel was the price of the breakfast - very expensive. So we walked to a nearby cafe instead. In addition, the room was a little small, but it was clean.

Rooms really very small. We had to change it after 2 days , because the door was broken from the beginning and nobody came to settle it. Breakfast is not included in the price. Very, very good location. Very close to the hotel there is a small coffee shop- tearoom with wonderful breakfast.

I chose this hotel because of it's location (High St. Kensington). Nice clean modern rooms but a little small. Hotel has all facilities including a spa.

The location is excellent, near an underground station, easy to get to the Chelsea Flower Show and other tourist attractions. The streets there are safe and spotlessly clean. The room was small but quite, clean and perfectly adequate for our needs.
