Near 2 tube stations - Aldgate and situated close to the Tower of London. The reception area is great and within walking distance of places of interest to suit all. Printer in the lobby - easy to check-in online, the staff are very friendly and helpful, got unexpected upgrade to roof terrace room. Breakfast is good. . Read review

Good location for City, perfectly situated between Liverpool Street Station and as well as Tower Gateway DLR. Additionally hotel staff was extremely helpfull and the price we got via the net was very reasonable. The team at the reception was friendly and helpful, the receptionist was very kind.

As we were from other country, tThe television picture was so poor and coffee facilities were kept in a cupboard so didnt know they were there.

Quite good location, great hotel and excellent staff all very polite. Clean room, printer available for guests and heated towel rails. Non-alcoholic drinks.

The high price due to late booking, decoration a little tired generally.

We enjoyed the excellent location, restaurant were of high quality - will stay again and the staff were efficient and helpful. Room was very clean, robes were a nice touch and breakfast buffet was amazing.
