Euston Square Hotel's room was barely big enough to fit us and the bed. The bathroom was decent and the room was hot. But we couldnt leave the window open all night because of the noise outside. The people at the counter were friendly. Jorge & Kaia, Santa Cruz

A dreadful hotel - please do NOT stay here. The rooms could not be locked due to a problem with the locking system. The rooms were cramped with no room to even move round the bed. I had no tea and coffee making facilities of towels on arrival! The bed linen was dirty and had a huge cigarette burn in it. The carpet was disgusting - very unclean. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful. The room was very noisy as it was near the tube. DO NOT stay at this appalling hotel.

the first thing the employee did at the moment of the cheking in is to pay the three nights in advanced i paid cash my friends of the other room by visa, when arrived to Barcelona i found that this hotel have charged in my bank account two rooms for one night through my visa i gave when i booked the hotel in January

Good location especially for Euston and St Pancras train stations.

Problem happened when I checked out, They didn't calculate my discount I got from your website. But finally they have calculated it.
